Centrica Energy Marketing & Trading is the trading arm of Centrica. We trade gas, power and liquified natural gas (LNG) and provide route to market for our upstream and power generation operations. We manage a diversified portfolio of energy assets, with 600 people working across our offices in London, Denmark, Germany, Sweden and Singapore. Centrica's LNG business is a key part of Centrica Energy Marketing & Trading, with a presence across the entire LNG value chain. We market, trade and deliver LNG globally, transacting hundreds of cargoes with numerous counterparties each year.

The Contracts Administrator (LNG) is role which will be a part of the LNG Contract Management team and the Contracts Administrator (LNG) will report to the Senior LNG Contracts Manager.

The Contract Management team is responsible for the onboarding of counterparties, processing and execution of the day-to-day trading contracts and a broad range of administrative tasks to facilitate timely execution of trades and ensure smooth trade flows.

The role is to be based out of our London office (close to Marble Arch).

The key responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator (LNG) role will include the following:

- Manage internal trading contract reviews to ensure input from business functions during contract negotiations
- Coordinate confidentiality agreements and service agreements, where requested
- Organise the execution of contracts using the internal governance and approvals process to ensure all trading contracts have the appropriate internal approvals prior to execution
- Facilitate contract execution via DocuSign or physical/manual signature, as required
- Manage the onboarding of counterparties, ports and vessels for the LNG business, as well as the external onboarding of Centrica by third parties
- Maintain the LNG contracts list (hardcopy and online filing structure) on SharePoint site to ensure an accurate record is available to the LNG business
- Complete onboarding packs and questionnaires, working with Centrica Group functions to draft responses, collate and compile supporting information and from time to time undertake bid co-ordination tasks for LNG related tenders
- Maintain a library of supporting documents for onboarding, frequently asked responses and Power of Attorneys
- Input, update and maintain the Contracts Management and onboarding reporting tool, and send out weekly reports to the LNG Leadership Team.

**The Person**:

- Experience of working in a Contracts Administration role
- An enthusiastic and diligent, self-starter with the ability to work flexibly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and time pressured environment
- Excellent attention to detail, productive and efficient with a proven record of delivery
- Must be well organised, with the ability to continually prioritise and balance multiple activities to ensure goals are met within deadlines
- Professional manner, collaborative approach and proven ability to work with various stakeholders (internal and external)
- An experienced user of MS Word, Excel, SharePoint; experience using and navigating Salesforce will be an advantage.
