**JOB PURPOSE**:
- To provide essential and timely administrative support to the Garage team to deliver an effective customer focused service to all customers.
- To collaborate with the garage team and other colleagues to ensure the service performs against agreed Group targets, keeping void periods to a minimum and ensuring our garages are let appropriately.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Having a demonstrable positive and can-do attitude
- Self-motivated with strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to set and work within deadlines
- Educated to GCSE Standard (or equivalent), including passes in English and Maths
- Proficient in IT skills including Microsoft Office suite and CRM databases
- Ability to organise and plan daily workloads to known deadlines and project requirements, sometimes under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data inputting
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts, able to handle enquiries and challenging situations in a confident, professional and competent manner.
- Working effectively in an energetic and inspiring team
