**VACANCY - Lettings Administrator**
Location: Walsall / Hybrid
Length: Ongoing temp
Pay: £12.50 PAYE inclusive or £14 umbrella
Hours: 37 hours (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities of the role:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and colleagues
- Be customer focused, at all times, in all tasks and duties
- Dealt with all initial enquiries and act as the first point of contact, providing advice to customers regarding their housing options, signposting where appropriate for resolution
- Work closely with customers, supporting them through the Choose and Move service, providing assistance where required
- Administer the 'front end’ of the Lettings process allowing for a timely and smooth transfer to the Voids team
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the allocations policy ensuring support is provided to Housing Advisors
- Coordinate and process requests in accordance with related policy, Procedures and timescales, referring to a Housing Advisor when necessary
- Review working practices on a regular basis ensuring continuous improvement and a high level of service to our customers
Essential experience/requirements:
- Previous experience within this position
