We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Allocations team. In this role, you will provide a service to our customers that is professional and responsive whilst dealing with the administrative function that supports the Lettings team..

**Main job responsibilities**:

- To provide excellent customer service to whg customers and colleagues
- To be customer focused, at all times, in all tasks and duties.
- To deal with all initial enquiries and act as the first point of contact, providing advice to customers regarding their housing options, signposting where appropriate for resolution.
- To work closely with whg customers, supporting them through the Choose and Move and mutual exchange service, providing assistance where required
- To administer the ‘front end’ of the Lettings process allowing for a timely and smooth transfer to the Voids team.
- Co-ordinating mutual exchanges and front line colleagues in the delivery of the service.

**We're looking for someone who has**:

- A good general standard of education including a level 2 qualification relevant to the role (Grade c or above) or qualified by experience, to an equivalent level.
- Recent and relevant experience of working in an administration function.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide comprehensive information and direction when dealing with enquiries.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to thoroughly examine information.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to respond quickly to changes that will impact upon service delivery.
