**Join our team as a People Business Partner**

We are looking for a strategic business partner to join our People Team based between Weymouth and London. You will be a trusted partner to functional directors and heads of department, understanding business performance measures and identifying how you can strategically support, influence, and drive this. Instrumental in driving business change and ensuring your customers have an organisational structure fit for purpose. You will embed our talent agenda and deliver effective workforce planning to ensure our customers have the resource they need.

We are looking for someone with a strong depth of knowledge, able to confidently provide robust, trusted counsel to stakeholders, but with the confidence to constructively challenge and influence them. You will engage your leadership teams on the importance of delivering the people strategy and adopting a people-first mindset. You will also be highly capable and knowledgeable at supporting in ER issues.

If you are a strategic leader with a track record of partnering and influencing senior C suite level stakeholders, have commercial acumen, and are comfortable in dealing with conflict and ambiguity, we would love to hear from you.
