**What we are looking for**

An experienced Recruiter with a proactive, solutions-seeking mindset. You will join our NEP Relations Team who are responsible for overseeing our multitrade, UK wide engineering workforce. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and recruiting new Electricians and Engineers, along with supporting their ongoing relationship with us.

**Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities**
- Be the driving force to grow our nationwide workforce across all product types (gas, air-conditioning and PV solar);
- Work smartly to find and build long term relationships with exceptional professionals;
- Effectively manage and identify areas in need of further expansion of workforce, whilst passionately promoting our company brand;
- Achieve recruitment targets in line with company growth;
- Support subcontractors where required with invoicing and system queries.

**Experience Required**
- At least 2 years recruitment experience;
- Proven track record of achieving workforce targets and objectives;
- Devising and implementing new recruitment strategies;
- A background within the energy sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
