**ROLE PURPOSE**:
The Young Learner Programme Operations Coordinator at English Path plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of educational programmes and operations. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Developing and delivering a full enhancement programme which contributes to and enhances the student experience and study programmes. To be responsible for implementing and the day-to-day running of a varied and inspiring co-curricular programme. This includes providing sports, activities, evening social events and excursions whilst simultaneously ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students and staff is always managed. To always ensure compliance with the British Council criteria, regardless of the destination, we maintain the same standards.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Program Coordination**:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our programmes (locally and globally)
- Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure alignment with educational objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for various programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communication.
**Operations Management**:
- Streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with facilities and logistics teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage program budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
**Communication and Collaboration**:
- Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Communicate program details, changes, and updates to staff (academic, activities, residential), students and group leaders.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among team members.
- Able to assist with processing bookings when needed.
**Safeguarding, welfare, and compliance**:
- Acting as a source of support, advice and expertise for colleagues on matters of safety and safeguarding, and ensuring Policies & Procedures are known.
- Help provide emotional and pastoral care for all students and promote their mental and physical wellbeing at all times.
- Effectively and calmly overseeing the emergency phone line to ensure swift and accurate responses to urgent situations.
**Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to programme participants, resources, and expenses.
- Support and help to improve student’s feedback.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in programme delivery.
- Support with gathering students' and group leaders' feedback to make continuous improvements
(ensuring their experience meets or exceeds their expectations)
**Other Responsibilities**:
- Assist with student, Group leader and staff inductions.
- Be present at arrivals and help with welcoming students (individuals & groups) and Group leaders and to assist with student orientation.
- Plan and manage arrival & departure arrangements.
- Promote the Young Learner Activity Programme within the student community.
- Attending staff meetings when requested.
- Support and promote English Path values to our group leaders and students.
- Provide cover for fixed term contracted management staff when needed.
