We are looking for a highly skilled Logistics Instructor to join our team at GXO Logistics in Greenford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills of our drivers.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday with flexible start times between 04:00 and 12:00. The salary for this role is up to £41,500 per annum (£23.06 per hour), along with 33 annual leave days (inclusive of bank holidays) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct regular assessments of drivers' abilities to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with Transport Managers, Transport Planners, and Operations Desk Staff Coordinators to ensure seamless integration of HGV driver training
  • Develop engaging training content and deliver Driver CPC training sessions that meet industry standards
  • Maintain accurate training records and update materials as needed
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving and knowledge of road safety regulations
  • Current Driver CPC qualification
  • Experience in delivering training programs to drivers
  • PTLLS Qualified (desired), other train the trainer qualifications may be accepted
  • Ability to adapt teaching style to accommodate diverse learner needs
  • A valid C+E LGV Driving Licence is essential
