We are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants (ranging from those who are new to care to those who are experienced carers) who will be expected to participate as a member of the care team to plan, lead, monitor and deliver high quality care to residents in line with their individual care plans, under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Carer.
You will be expected to provide holistic care for our elderly residents, assisting them with their daily activities and identifying and assisting them with their individual needs and preferences.
You will be expected to communicate effectively, promote privacy, dignity, choice, independence and individual rights and also participate in protecting our vulnerable residents from any harm or abuse.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO):
Work within a team in a care home environment for the elderly Support residents with all daily activities in accordance with their individual care plans, Promote resident independence and respect their dignity and choices at all times, Work on a flexible, rotational basis according to the rota set by the Home Manager and the needs of the home which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round, Receive and take part in regular supervision and training to develop own skills, Assist in maintaining care records that reflect current needs and preferences for each resident Work in line with Company policies and procedures
