About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Care Assistant to join our clinical team at Martlesham Heath Surgery, located in the affluent area of Ipswich. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary care services to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with routine patient checks, including height/weight monitoring, blood pressure measurements, and vaccinations.
  • Support Practice Nurses with annual reviews and health screening activities.
  • Process laboratory samples and manage equipment maintenance.
  • Liaise with the Lead Nurse to assist with flu clinics and health campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

**Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £24,907-£30,615 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the NHS.
