**About us and the role**

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and talented professional who can demonstrate leadership skills across the school and model outstanding classroom practice across the school.

Krishna Avanti Primary School is an inclusive Hindu faith school that provides a warm, friendly and engaging learning environment for children from all backgrounds and walks of life. **What will you do?**
- To manage for the Principal in all aspects of leadership and management and to promote and develop inclusive learning and teaching throughout the school.
- To provide leadership in the development and management of the teaching and learning of key groups of students including pupil premium
- To teach students within the school and carry out such other associated duties as are reasonably assigned by the Principal.
- Support the Principal in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

- The ability to lead and manage the school team effectively and efficiently and work with other professionals and agencies
- The ability to deliver well planned, organised and innovative lessons
- The ability to lead, model and manage positive behaviour, good order and assertive discipline in the school
