We are now looking to expand our Call Centre team and are searching for experienced, customer service focused individuals to join our Shrewsbury office as a Nights Dispatch Controller (up to 48 hours a week).

**During your journey as a Dispatch Controller Executive, you will**
- Responding promptly and courteously to telephone bookings to all customers, capturing accurate information in a timely manner
- Delivering an excellent service whilst meeting and exceeding company targets to drive customer satisfaction
- Allocating and dispatching jobs on the booking system, communicating efficiently with the Driver Partners.
- Excellent communication with passengers, Driver Partners and relevant staff, interpreting and responding clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instruction
- Ensuring that all passenger and account payments are processed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures
- On the spot problem solving; resolving issues and queries relating to bookings
- Assisting Driver Partners with queries
- Ensuring that customer information is safeguarded at all time, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Take responsibility for understanding, meeting and exceeding your objectives and KPIs.
- Understand and embody the Veezu values.
