We currently have an opening within a bustling Accounts department working for an established engineering company at our client’s head office in Birkenhead.
As the person responsible for overseeing the daily purchase ledger process, you’ll play a crucial role in developing strong relationships and maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and external suppliers.
For this role, prior experience as a Purchase Ledger is preferred but not mandatory.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Purchase orders
- Distributing invoices and credits among various internal departments
- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Reconciling statements
- Processing supplier payment runs
- Preparing monthly payment schedules
- Maintaining ledger balance
- Processing company expenses
- Performing general filing tasks
**What you’ll need**:
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
