**About Us**
**Saturn Machine Knives Ltd **is a manufacturer of industrial machine knives with a focussed range of products. We have a very strong online brand presence in the market under the Rotatech brand name, which also covers Chainsaw chains, lubricants and Tripod ladders as part of the range. We hold large stocks of finished product to ensure very quick delivery times and this is one of our key strengths.
As part of the plan to strengthen the sales and customer service side of the business we ar now looking to add another member to the sales team.
**Job description**
- Internal sales and account management_
An internal Sales and account management person is required to join our team.
The role will mainly be focussed on managing existing customers and ensuring their needs are met and
The product range consists of Chipper blades, Chainsaw chains, Chainsaw oils, stump grinding parts and specialist Tripod ladders.
A basic salary of £22,000 is offered with a commission scheme taking OTE up to around £24,000-£28,000 based on current sales team performance.
One of the key objectives of this role is to grow sales from these accounts, and there is no actual cap on earning should you be highly successful
We currently use Salesforce as our CRM system and experience using this system would be a great advantage. Salesforce will allow you to effectively manage a large number of accounts.
Your duties will include:
- Manage existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain KPI's
- Process own orders fully and efficiently.
- Speedily resolve any customer issues or grievances to the customers satisfaction
- Ensure all relevant administration (pertaining to your activities or customers) is completed
- Ensure the CRM system (pertaining to your activities or customers) is kept up to date
**About You**
You should have the following traits
- Date driven to identify sales opportunities using CRM system
- Very computer literate
- Eager to learn and develop career
- Takes passion and pride in customer/sales portfolio
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous sales experience with proven track record
You will have a proven work history within a sales role have a customer focused approach delivering customer satisfaction. You will also have excellent communication skills
**Benefits**:
- £22K per year + bonus OTE £28K
- 28 days holiday rising to 32 days over time
- Birthday off as holiday after 1 year
- 3 extra days over time
- Early finish Friday 3.30pm
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
