**The Role**

We are seeking a Retention Coordinator to join our BMW & MINI dealership in Grimsby and assist in providing a high quality service for our customers. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Head of Sales. This position is offered on a full time basis Monday - Friday.

**What does a Retention Coordinator do?**
As a Retention Coordinator you will be representing both Marshall and one of our 22 vehicle brands. You will work closely with the Head of Sales, Sales Development Manager and sites to achieve maximum finance customer retention (minimum of 35%) in your designated sites.
- Upload data and collate retention data from BMW / Santander / Finance houses - daily
- Daily collation of renewal customers and send to call provider / in house solution. This must happen at least once a week as directed by the SDM
- Call the dealerships to confirm the appointment and confirm what Manager is meeting the customer on arrival
- Liaise between SDM / HOB / Head of Sales and sites on a daily basis with appointment stats
- Attend weekly Trading Calls with the SDM / Business Managers to update retention figures to the site team

- Fantastic listening skills to understand customer requirements and needs

**Is training provided?**

We invest in you and your career from day one. Your first week will consist of attending our world class Marshall Academy. This course provides a small insight into the psychology of sales and sets you up to begin and succeed in your automotive sales career. You will also complete manufacturer training to ensure your knowledge of products and options is always up to date.
