Administrator and Customer Service Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Metcalfe Farms in the role of administrator and customer service advisor based at the company’s Office in Tewkesbury.
Duties and responsibilities include:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Answer phone calls and deal with customer orders
- Inputting of data
- Be willing to learn new tasks and improve administration procedures
- Maintain and support requirement for confidentiality
- Any other tasks or duties as appropriate to the role
- You will be working as part of a team.
- Liaising with customers to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Liaising with drivers
**Desirable Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Good oral and written communication skills are required
- Good organisational skills are required
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
- Experience in managing conflicting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to take a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Good time keeping skills
- Effective Customer Service Skills
