Aesthetikkaa Ltd is a small business in Tewkesbury. We are agile, professional, and our goal is to ensure all our clients leave happy and have someone to discuss their treatments with, alongside being advised on the best treatment for them. We are a friendly team and love to have fun and laugh but always remain professional and safe. We offer all aspects of aesthetics, brows,lashes,massage,facials, education and we have a sun bed. We’re looking for someone to cover the reception area when we’re with clients and continue that professionalism throughout the client’s journey with us.

- Assist customers with inquiries, account updates, and financial transactions
- Utilize computer booking system to document customer interactions and update account information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate treatments and supporting informations.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Previous experience in a customer service role is not essential but preferable.
- Proficient in using computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
