KSA Learning are currently looking for a full-time permanent Training Support Coordinator to join the business and become a valued member of the team. We provide bespoke Sales & Leadership training and development to the construction industry.

This position is essential to support a year-on-year increase in demand for our services and will allow us to grow our offer without compromising on quality and service to our customers.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Coordinate the smooth running of our programmes internally and externally to ensure our customer, their learners and our trainers get the best service possible from start to completion. Task will include:

- Account management - Dealing with any queries from customers and trainers
- Using MS Outlook diaries. To maintain training calendars
- Booking of training venues and our trainer’s accommodation when required
- Using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint to format, print and bind training material
- Organising the collection and delivery of training material
- Be in control of replenishing stationary and materials for the office and training sessions

**Your ideal experience**:

- Excellent communication skills on the telephone and face to face
- Attention to detail with good written skills
- Have experience using the Microsoft Office package
- Experience in coordinating diary management for customers and colleagues
- Experience with proofing and formatting
- Working with business-to-business customers to build on relationships

**The person specification**:
We are looking for someone, who is methodical in their approach and is able to organise their workload to meet important deadlines. They will be comfortable working with a small team who all work from home and in the office. You need to be able to work under your own supervision when given guidance on what tasks to complete.

You will be a customer-focused, professional and friendly to get the most out of every interaction. As we are a training company it is important that we are all open to learning and developing our skills sets.
