**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Services Lead to join our Marketing & Comms team at CDS Defence & Security. This is a permanent, full time role reporting directly into the Head of Marketing Strategy & Communications. The role will play an integral part in developing our creative brand capabilities and will involve working closely with key stakeholders around the business. You will be part of a small, creative team who pride themselves on their innovation and collaboration.

**Responsibilities**

You will become the primary focal point for the following:

- Collaborate with Head of Marketing Strategy & Communications and be a cross-functional focal point for teams to deliver Graphic and motion design, illustration and other agile solutions that align with technical and brand standards.
- Working in HubSpot in order to maintain and develop the company website.
- Take ideas from concept to execution, working with project managers and key stakeholders to deliver an effective product.
- Assume some responsibility for identifying and researching software that may simplify or improve digital workflows and processes.

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Graphic Design
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign
- Able to collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders
- Able to provide a consultative approach on design and artwork
- Able to create Social Media Graphics and administrate social media
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Due to the nature of the business, you will need to be able to undergo UK Government Security Vetting and maintain a minimum of SC level clearance.

**Desirable / Preferred**:

- Experience with web-editing would be advantageous but not essential
- Ideally, you will be educated to either degree level, CIM or possess relevant industry qualifications/certifications
- Experience in the Defence/Security industry would be an advantage but not essential
