Exciting opportunity We are are looking to add to our dedicated kitchen team and are looking for people who feel they would be an asset and quality addition to our restaurant. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to enter within the hospitality trade, looking for a step up from a regular kitchen porter (KP), or continue their career in a kitchen. As a cook with us your role will revolve around using the grill, fryers, burger bun and salad preparation alongside prep duties and end of service clean down. Our kitchen staff will ensure you are given thorough training and receive all the support you need to be an effective and satisfied employee.

- Requirements / Responsibilities:_
- Check ingredients for quality and freshness
- Able to follow instructions in preparing meals
- Able to multi-task and work in an ever changing fast paced kitchen
- Follow clear and concise steps on how carry out daily kitchen duties
- Ensure the kitchen and equipment are properly maintained
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Adhere to governing body regulations and in-house policies
- Label food according to allergy and specification requests
- Ensure all food and other items are stored promptly and properly
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure appetising presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
