We are seeking an exceptional individual who is an experienced and highly organised administrator to work as part of our Student Experience Team. The team provide a defined service to a specified range of users, who require a wide range of support, help and advice.

You will have responsibility for an office or for discrete area(s) of administrative work and will more generally provide day to day support to staff and students within the School/Institute.

You will be a member of and will contribute to the Student Experience Team, all of whom are engaged and involved in supporting the learning and teaching interests of the School/Institute. You will be a recognised point of contact for enquiries related to your area of work and will respond directly and in consultation with colleagues within the team, prioritising your own workload and actions accordingly.

You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics. If you meet the requirements of the person specification and have a proven track record related to the role description, we would encourage you to apply.

This is fixed-term post to cover maternity leave that is anticipated to last for up to 12 months.
