**Part Time - 22.5 per week, Fixed Term - 23 June 2025**

Families in Focus provides targeted support to children and families across Bristol. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and experienced individual to join our Families in Focus service in the role of Family Worker.

You will work as part of a multi disciplinary team, delivering support and interventions for children and families with complex needs who need help.

You will be confident in working as part of a busy team dealing with complex family situations, have experience of multi-agency partnership work and have excellent communication skills. You will also promote good equalities practice, and value diversity across the service.

**For employees who are currently on a fixed term contract with Bristol City Council, the secondment must not extend beyond the end of the fixed term period to ensure there is a substantive post to return to.**
