Accounts Administration Assistant

**Overview**
This leading distribution organisation are seeking an Accounts Administration Assistant to join their fast-paced finance team on a temporary basis for 6 months. You will be working for a market leading international brand that offers a fantastic workingculture and a hybrid working pattern.
**Accounts Administration Assistant - About the Role**
In this role you will be working within the Accounts Payable Team, reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager.
The role is varied, fast paced and will suit someone who has previous experience working in a similar role and who is immediately available or available at short notice.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Processing purchase invoices and employee expenses, ensuring coding and approval of invoices.
- Managing the payment process for overhead and stock costs, inputting payments onto online banking system and allocating to supplier accounts.
- Maintaining the supplier database and setting up new suppliers.
- Assisting with general accounts administration.
**The successful Accounts Administration Assistant will have**:
- Previous experience working in accounts administration role
- Experience with multiple currencies is desirable
- Experience with SAP Business One is desirable
