Have you thought about working with CAMHS, the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service based in Gloucestershire? Would you like the opportunity to bring your administrative skills to a role where you will be supporting our Outreach service, a dynamic and innovative service based at Acorn House Gloucester?

This part-time role will keep you busy as you will be responsible for supporting a multi disciplinary team and the processes involved with the delivery of this service. You will have responsibility for a range of activities, including support to the Operational Lead and team, meeting support, diary management, appointment scheduling and processing correspondence and other documentation. Using Microsoft Office packages as well as RiO, a bespoke database used by the Trust, you will be highly organised, have excellent IT skills, an eye for detail and be able to remain calm under pressure. Good communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships within the wider team are essential.
