The Data and Performance Lead will be an integral part of the local leadership team, supporting local teams with regular reports on their performance against Key Performance Indicators while also supporting the senior leadership team with all aspects of reporting to Commissioners and leading on data collection and submission to the National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS).

You’ll need to be able influence a wide range of different staff to prioritise data recording, become a superuser of various systems and provide system training to new staff on different elements of the system.

The Data Administrator will support the Lead role in collating data for reports, monitoring and communicating issues with data quality and providing regular and ad hoc support to staff on data issues.

As well as a rewarding role and a diverse and inclusive team environment, check out our excellent benefits as a further reason to join our team
