**About Our Client**:
Our client is the leading supplier for energy across the North West region. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Preston team on an on-going temporary basis.

**As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will**:

- Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have with their account
- Resolving customer complaints
- Updating CRM systems
- Liaising with internal teams
- Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have
- Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues Adhoc duties as and when required**The Successful Applicant**:
**To be successful in this role**:

- Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
- ** Flexible from 6am - midnight for rotational shift patterns, i.e. 6 - 12pm, 9 - 5pm, 3pm - 12pm etc**:

- ** 3 years experience within a contact centre environment**:

- Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
- Strong IT skills
- Can commit to a 3 month temporary role

**Please note you will need able to pass DBS checks to be offer employment**
