Blair West is partnering with a professional services firm as they look to make an addition to their financial operations team. The main purpose of this role will be to assist the internal revenue department with billing and processing of invoices, reporting, and general accounting administration.

**The opportunity**:

- Draft bill creation across EMEA region.
- WIP edits to include narrative, value and charge out rate changes.
- Invoice creation/cancellation and/or re-invoicing requirements.
- Assisting with Interim bills and generating internal invoices.
- Manage billing workflow to ensure adherence to agreed timescales.
- WIP, Debt and narrative reporting. Time transfers, amendments and deletions. Time entry requests, and file closing.
- Regular communication with EMEA Revenue Team for all billing items, dealing with queries.
- Regular communication with the Revenue Helpdesk Team in Newcastle to ensure Matter data and other billing related fields are updated as per instructions.
- Managing dispatch mailbox and corresponding spreadsheet.
- Experience in a similar previous role desirable (1+ years)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of practice management systems (Aderant Expert, Elite, SAP).
- Strong and confident communication skills.

**Our commitment**:
Pay: £26,500.00 per year
