Do you have experience within Health & Safety and are ready to take on more responsibility, capitalise on your experience and have plenty of variety and versatility in your day-to day role?

The company has team of highly skilled and dedicated builders and construction workers, taking on a range of projects from commercial to domestic sites. Within the organisation there are multiple possibilities for progression and company led training initiatives;as they are known for their thorough and conscientious approach, while ensuring the safety and well-being of their team. Working on council projects and a variety of sites across Surrey, a position has become open for a Health & Safety Coordinator to ensuresafe working practices are upheld, develop and manage the company's risk assessment system, provide QSHE advice and conduct incident reports as required.

This role would suit those with a Health & Safety background looking for a highly autonomous and varied role, with the opportunity to progress into Project Management and cement into an integral position within a reputable and supportive company.

**THE ROLE**:

- Provide QSHE advice as necessary
- Develop and manage risk assessment systems as needed
- Ensure safe working practices throughout
- Conduct Audits and Site Assessments as required
- Ensure safe working practices throughout
- Develop, manage and deliver skills updates and training across all sectors as required

**THE PERSON**:

- Construction background desirable
- Experience in Health & Safety
- NEBOSH
