Role: Customer Care Administrator
**Salary**: £21,000
Location: Eckington
Hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am - 5pm, working 37.5 hours per week, 30 minute lunch break each day
As a Customer Care Administrator, you will be the first point of contact and your role will be to provide customer service excellence to new and existing customers constantly striving for continuous improvement.
The role:
- Liaise with customer and the planning and engineering teams to regularly update customers on progress of orders, enquiries, and product availability
- Assist with the creation of order reporting for analysis.
- Handle internal and external customer enquiries through to resolution, responding to all communications in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Resolve Customer complaints through to resolution with regular updates to the customer
- Being the first point of contact for customers globally.
- Maintenance of all software systems such as JIRA, to ensure accurate information for reporting.
- Provide support to the finance team with the processing of invoices and rebates
- Facilities Support
- Booking travel - flights, hotels, trains, car hire, taxis and couriers.
- Reception duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, contractors, access control.
- Organise meeting rooms, organise and order refreshments, buffets, setting up rooms
- General admin -purchasing stationery, maintaining stationary inventory.
- Any other reasonable support duties which may be allocated from time to time as and when required.
- Manage your own time and responsibilities to ensure you meet agreed targets and KPIs
- Always work efficiently and effectively and recommend process improvements where appropriate.
- Report any security event or area of concern or perceived weakness, Complete relevant training material to ensure awareness of Information Security
- Telephone experienced coupled with an effective telephone manner and the ability to handle difficult customers in a sympathetic manner
- Experience of working under pressure in a fast-moving, busy office
- Experience of working to pre-set targets and deadlines
- Experience of working as a team player who can work on their own initiative and as part of a small, dedicated team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
