An exciting PA role has arisen within a well established Lending organisation.

Key Accountabilities
- Dealing with travel requirements, booking flights, accommodation, cars, chauffeurs, transfers, and visas
- Preparing expenses (company credit card)
- Maintaining service / maintenance for vehicles, including scheduling MOT inspection, service etc.
- Managing property portfolio, including property abroad
- Co-ordinating social events, booking dinners, sourcing venues, and managing logístical requirements.
- Running errands, and any other duties upon request
- Maintaining and protecting confidentiality regarding all aspects of Managing Director and company information
- Organising and managing diary schedule co-ordinating meetings, booking rooms and preparing required paperwork Skills and Competencies
- Great problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Thorough, logical, disciplined, and detailed style of working
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

The role offers a competitive basic salary and benefits within a fun, modern office. Interviews are available immediately.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
