**Role Overview**:
The STARS Team work collaboratively to ensure they deliver the Mayoral targets for number of London schools Accredited by the STARS programme. The role holder will be responsible for providing full and effective administrative support to the STARS AccreditationTeam, deputising as necessary for the School Travel Engagement Manager. They will lead the in development and implementation of business and administrative controls, standards and procedures to ensure effective management and operation of the STARS AccreditationTeam

**Key Information**:

- **Hourly Rate**: £224.64 PAYE per day
- **Location**: Hybrid (Home/Westminster)
- **Start Date**:ASAP
- **Hours**: Full Time (35 hours a week)
- **Contract Duration**:12 months

**Role Overview**:

- Work closely with the STARS Accreditation Team and deputise as necessary for the School Travel Engagement Manager to ensure the smooth management of the STARS Accreditation office, and liaising closely with the Learning Support Manager to ensure STARS Accreditationsystems work as part of the overall STARS Learning Support systems.
- Accountable for the management of access to STARS Accreditation data and information online and on Sharepoint including developing and maintaining systems to ensure GDPR and safeguarding standards are upheld.
- Responsible for the management of all queries to the STARS Accreditation inbox, including developing and implementing systems to streamline responses whilst offering high quality support to Borough partners
- Ensure that data, reporting and information about the STARS Accreditation programme is accurately and securely recorded, and presented in appropriate formats for users and stakeholders of the STARS Accreditation Programme. Provide reports and presentationson key findings and recommendations having regard to business priorities and needs.

**Knowledge:**
- Experience of developing, implementing and maintaining complex administrative procedures, and ensure relevant teams also adhere to these procedures and processes.
- Knowledge of how to analyse complex data in Excel, and interpret it to show the underlying meaning to others
- Knowledge of sustainability issues relating to schools and transport

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain and demonstrate complex procedures to a range of audiences
- Excellent at working as part of a team to ensure all effort is part of a coordinated plan, and that all information is shared widely and appropriately
- Extremely organised and good at managing their own time.
- Proactive about improving systems and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
