**THE ROLE**:full time refurb and production operative

At EGS we make our employees feel like family. As a refurbishment and production operative you will play a key role in producing and remanufacturing products to clients.

The role involves working in the warehouse refurbishing various components and helping the team as needed. As part of our refurb team, you will be trained in using air tools such as buffers and air guns to refurbish different plastics. You will clean down completed items and box at the end of each day. You will also be able to assemble items as part of the refurbishment process. You will help maintain a clean and safe work environment. You will refurbish stock to a satisfactory condition, ensuring all quality control measures are met.

You will also help pick orders and help load/unload the van for deliveries and collections. All training will be provided.
- This is a manual job where you will be working to strict timescales.
- You will be expected to work to a good level of efficiency and consistency to ensure that we maintain our work throughout.
- The ability to be able to follow set procedures and verbal instructions is required.
- You must be able to work with others as well as alone.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Located in northwest Leicestershire in Appleby Magna, we are ideally placed for motorway connections, but you will need own transport to access our site.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience in a refurbishment or similar setting would be helpful but is not essential as full training will be provided.
- Teamwork, Coordination, Organisation, Time Management, Equipment Maintenance, Dependability, Honesty.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: Up to £22,339.20 per year
