The Loft Boys Ltd is a Leading Loft Storage company based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, and has been turning dreary lofts into fantastic storage spaces throughout the Southeast for 13 years.

The Loft Boys invest heavily in training every team member so they can be the best they possibly can be, as well as taking each team member's personal well being very seriously. We truly believe that every member of the TLB family, to date, has helped us make our company what it is today

**So what does the role involve?**
- Leading, Managing, and holding staff accountable
- You'll be helping us provide our storage solutions within our customer's domestic loft spaces throughout southeast England
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies
- Maintaining a safe and secure working environment
- You’ll be expected to create and present reports to senior management
- You'll be fully trained to work our systems and processes
- Daily interactions with our field staff.
- Being responsible for overseeing field team operations, coordination, and quality control.
- Managing & developing our operational team on an ongoing basis
- Ensuring operational targets are met
- Integrate quickly into the TLB family and make friends for life

**What are the requirements for this role?**
- You'll need to hold a Full UK driving license.
- Ideally, you'll have a background working within the construction industry
- We love people who are friendly, customer-focused, and fun to be around.
- You’ll need excellent staff management and motivation skills
- You’ll be taking responsibility for delivery and implementation of product/Service
- You’ll need proven purchasing and supply chain management
- A good understanding of commercial costs and break-even figures is essential
- You’ll need great presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills is a must
- Proven Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to identify opportunities and be innovative
- Being punctual, reliable, and trustworthy is an absolute must for us, just as it is for our fantastic customers
