**Role Summary**
Deliver a high level of service and hospitality to all members and visitors in the Townhouse whileensuring the smooth operation of the Club’s reception and floors, in line with AllBright standards.
**Overview**
To support the Operations Manager and the Mayfair Townhouse team in growing a happy and engaged community, by assisting members, guests and clients with any requests or inquiries including, but not limited to, membership, bookings, payments, and facilities.To provide a consistent, reliable, and approachable service ensuring members feel confident and supported in their day-to-day activities.To be a proud promoter of AllBright and help leverage membership sales through meaningful and engaged interactions.
**Hospitality**
- Build positive and engaging relationships with all members, customers, potential customers,industry professionals, business partners and colleagues
- Welcome members with genuine warmth and assist with a generous attitude
- Coordinate events’ arrival and departure experiences
- Stay attentive to and keep track of clients’ feedback, comments, repeated inquiries, and trends,and share them with the Operations Manager so we can improve our services and offers
- Provide accurate information and guidance with clarity and use of professional yet welcominglanguage and tone of voice
- Stay updated with our Restaurants offers and provide your personal recommendations tomembers if the opportunity arises
**Service Delivery**
- Maintain a passion for service and hospitality whilst hosting busy, high volume and variedreception areas
- Respond to complaints and issues promptly, with a flexible, efficient, and sympatheticapproach. Duly record on the feedback tracker and report to the Member Relations Managerwhen necessary
- Support the Membership team (sales and relations) with onboarding, problem solving andsystem updates when needed
- Support the Private Hire and Event Sales Manager in conducting tours and handling enquirieswhen required
- Assist and guide events and visitors in finding their way around the Townhouse
- Be proficient at using the AV equipment available at the Townhouse and ready to help membersand event clients whenever required/solicited
- Ensure that the reception, floors, and communal areas are always up to AllBright standards
**Administration**
- Become a master in our management systems and make best use of its tools and features to create a productive and efficient work routine and guarantee that all activities and transactions are duly recorded
- Management of inventory and ordering of supplies, stationery, and items for borrowing
- Proactively administer Townhouse member needs e.g., record and notify ‘lost & found’ items
- Sort and distribute internal and tenants’ post
**Teamwork**
- Nurture a collaborative and supportive work attitude towards all colleagues in every departmentat AllBright
- Coordinate with the FOH Supervisors and the Front of House team regarding the cleaning,turning over and delivery of drinks/snacks to meeting rooms and events
- Collaborate with the Marketing team, Private Hire and Event Sales Manager and the Event andTalent team in the planning and delivery of programming and private hire when needed
- Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new restaurant and membership offers,features and events
- Learn the basics of Wait Staff, Events and Member Relations roles to have a wider view andunderstanding on the Club’s operations and cover small tasks when needed
