A Trainee Information and Advice Advisor position is available within the Advice and Guidance Department for Age UK Herefordshire and Worcestershire. We are looking for someone with experience of working with the public, with the ability to use full Microsoft suite and a database.

You will preferably have knowledge of issues affecting older people and their carers and administration experience.

We are looking for someone who is an active, integrated, and cohesive team member.
