I am working with a well established family business who are based in Hemel Hempstead and are going through a great period of growth, they are seeking a Digital and Ecommerce Analyst to join them, this is an exciting time to join them as they are undertakingan overhaul of their ecommerce operations and you will be a key figure in this project for them. The Digital and Ecommerce Analyst will report directly into the Head of Ecommerce and be giving free rein to implement the new strategy.

This company are offering a clear path for progression for the Digital Ecommerce Analyst, the company offices are in a stunning location but they are also offering Hybrid working and a great benefits package

**Responsibilities**:
? In line with the Systems roadmap, create specifications for new systems and functionality including Magento, Netsuite, Sitoo POS, Dotdigital and Zendesk.
? Analyse existing systems and business processes and identify areas for improvement
? Project manage the implementation of new systems and features
? Run full testing and QA for workflows, systems and functionality when new systems are launched, following upgrades and when
? Create workflows and business processes to ensure we are using new systems efficiently
? Evaluate and propose hardware for use in our stores and Distribution Centre
? Specify and implement integrations between new and existing systems and partners including Marketplaces, PIM and WMS
? Create business reports using BI tools and data visualisation where possible for both regular reporting and ad hoc analysis

Skills Required

? Wants to work towards a leadership role in the ecommerce & digital sector
? Excited by revenue growth and the potential of new systems
? Will relentlessly pursue project and revenue targets
? 2 years of experience in a retail company working on projects with ecommerce and business systems such as Magento and Netsuite
? Advanced knowledge of Excel
? Degree educated
