We are recruiting for a Young People's Support Worker to support a Respite Centre, based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

You will be supporting children aged 5-8 years with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Complex Needs, Non-verbal and Challenging Behaviours.

**To be considered for this Young People's Support Worker position, you must have**:

- Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service
- Previous experience working with children and families
- Can travel to High Wycombe via Own Vehicle/Public Transport
- Supportive and positive attitude
- Ability to change the lives of vulnerable people
