Search consultancy are currently recruiting for a Corporate Administrator/Personal Assistant to join our public sector client on a contract until February 2024 with possibility to be permanent. Ideally you will be a experienced Personal Assistant who has experience working with senior level directors.

You will work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, with their office being based in Clydebank. Ideally you must be able to drive or have a reasonable commute to the local area. This position will also offer hybrid flexibility, once initial training has been completed, working on site for 3 days and 2 days working from home. The salary for this position will range between £25,914 to £28,187 per annum DOE.

You will be part of a team that is very collaborative, where you will have weekly meeting to horizon plan your schedules and share any workload. You will be part of a team of personal assistants supporting senior level executives within the board, working to the highest professionalism.

You will be responsible for:

- Be solely responsible for your executive directors diary management and managing meetings/ conferences
- Proof read/ format any required documents for the executive director
- Minute taking within monthly board meetings, where you will get the next day to work from home to solely type the minute notes up
- Participating in weekly team meetings, creating action logs/plans
- Liaising with other senior level departments across the different committees and boards within the Scottish Government
- Using excel/PowerPoint to create action plans and presentation templates for directors to input data
- Events management for any charity events or high profile visitors visiting on site
