We are looking for an exceptional individual who is experienced in Administration and Customer Service to join our client a large insurance company based on Preston Farm in Stockton on Tees. This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. This is 35 hours per week with no weekends
**Job Purpose**
To be the first point of contact for the company and to provide administrative support across the company including answering the telephone, directing the call to the relevant person/departments, sorting daily mail/deliveries. Processing the renewal broker’s cases and sending out the documents. Keeping the policy checking and chasing lists as up to date as possible. Assisting my colleagues in any way they require help.
**Job Duties**
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering the telephone
- Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers
- Booking in new business proposal forms
- Policy sending, Policy chasing, Policy saving
- Processing checking
- Sending out the renewal client documents
- Processing renewal clients
- Completing client questionnaires/online validations
- Allocating policy chasing list
- Checking the faxes, Contact us & broker support folders - forwarding to the correct person if necessary
- Client letters - Lapse letters, tender letters, Verification of Cover
- Renewal of finance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
