Purpose

The main purpose of the role is to ensure that Optimus Education’s CRM data is updated, maintained and administered to ensure data integrity, accuracy, quality and usability. The quality of our CRM data is key to the effectiveness of our e-marketing campaigns and therefore to the success of the business. The MI and Data Coordinator also collects, analyses and reports on data, supporting research and feedback activities across the business to inform strategic decisions by the SLT.

**Essential**:
**You will have**:
5 GCSEs C+ or 4+ including English and Mathematics

Experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with GDPR legislation

Ability to work effectively within a team (including cross-functional and across different organisations), as well as on own initiative
