Southwest Law firm are seeking to employ a Recruitment and HR Coordinator for their Taunton Office.
This role will be working closely with the Director of HR to deliver a workplace strategic plan. You will predominantly manage the recruitment campaigns for the firm, but you will also have the opportunity to support the HR team with other elements of HR administrationas required.
Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Advertising roles in a timely manner using the most appropriate methodology, being innovative in your approach to attracting talent
- Keeping up to date with the best media channels to ensure the job adverts are seen by the relevant audience
- Manage all CVs that are received, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal policies
- Collate and circulate CVs to relevant parties to ensure shortlisting is completed in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain appropriate systems to manage, track, monitor and report on recruitment campaigns
- Assist with other areas of HR Administration as required
- Previous experience in a recruitment role
- Experience of using a variety of media channels to recruit and attract talent
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate with all stakeholders with tact and discretion
- Strong influencing/assertiveness skills
- Excellent and proven organisational skills
- Strong IT skills
