**COSTING AND RESEARCH SECRETARY**
TG Experts Ltd (formerly known as Tessa Gough & Associates) has recently been acquired by FL360 (trading as Handl Group), the portfolio management company that owns brands such as Speed Medical Examination Services, Corporé, EQL and Foresight Clinical Services.
We are currently seeking a part-time costing and research secretary 37.5 hrs per week, over five days with experience and knowledge in the following:
**Tasks will include but are not limited to**:
- Compilation of expert reports
- Checking correct text and grammar
- Researching care / aids and equipment costs
- Formatting of reports
- Working to specific deadlines
- Providing administrative support
An exciting opportunity with a large established group. Based in the Chorley office, you will be reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager combined with the Operations Director at various times.
This is a wide-ranging role that requires working knowledge of office 365 procedures with a good proficient use of Word and Excel. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Timely management of producing reports
- The ability to work independently at times
The role demands a dedicated and motivated individual who is focused on ensuring that all reporting deadlines are met in a timely manner. The work involves proof reading and costing, care, aids and equipment reports for a range of associates as well as formatting to the required standard. The successful applicant will be able to converse at all levels and have the ability to work independently following training.
**SKILLS / EXPERIENCE PARAMOUNT TO THE ROLE**
Minimum of 5 **years secretarial experience** within a similar / secretarial role, inclusive of:
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Willing to undertake a three months training and probation period
Good mathematic skills
Excellent typing skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to converse at all levels
Good communication skills
Adaptable, flexible, team player and self-motivated
Office procedures and practices
A good eye for detail and an analytical mind
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A-level qualifications in English and Maths
- Typing qualification
- Preferred/ relevant experience.
Full time hours: 37.5 per week
