Roxford Homes are renowned for building exceptional new homes that combine character and contemporary interior styling. We are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our rapidly expanding, forwarding thinking company at our prestigious Fulwood development.

**The Role**:

- Responsible for the customer journey from reservation through to legal completion
- Take ownership of the development, making sure it looks immaculate and inviting
- Proactively manage all customer enquiries to ensure sales targets are met through effective lead management.
- Assisting customers with decisions on colour schemes / kitchen / bathroom options etc.
- Know and understand the optional extras available and the costs to both the company and programme of these choices, upgrading as part of the sales process.
- Understand all possible funding schemes available to buyers and current legislation and utilise them, ensuring programme and timings will work for both the customer and the company.
- Ensuring that all administrative work and reports are completed in line with company policy and agreed timelines
- Conducting market research on a monthly basis for both new build and second hand market.
- Maintaining professional high standards both personally and from a company perspective
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the customers

**The Person**:

- High performing, self-motivated & professional at all times
- Possess exceptional customer service skills and strong selling skills
- Must have smart appearance
- Computer literacy essential
- Available to work weekends & bank holidays
- Some marketing experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Must have own transport & clean driving licence

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 3 years sales experience
- Experience in new home sales is vital

Full-time/Part-time position available

**Salary**: Very competitive salary & excellent commission for the right person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Supplemental pay types:
