We are an independent family run estate agent with a modern approach to selling property, who have established ourselves as the number one selling agent in the area due to having an impeccable personalised service combined with our professional expertise and passion for property.

Having experienced substantial growth over the last year and to enable us to develop and grow the business further, we are currently looking to recruit a full time Property Valuer to join our rapidly expanding team covering Chorley, Leyland, Bamber Bridge and the surrounding areas.

Applicants must have experience as an estate agent valuer, ideally with some knowledge and experience of how the local market is performing to assist us with increasing our market share.

Applicants must also be target motivated and used to working from a busy diary, as this role will be extremely busy role and challenging every day. In addition to this, applicants must possess the following skills and attributes:

- Valuation experience in the estate agency and lettings market with a proven track record in taking on new instructions
- Full UK driving licence and own car is essential
- Experience of working within a target driven role
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, combined with the ability to make bonds and develop rapport quickly
- Able to work independently and autonomously, as well as being able to work under pressure and as part of a busy and successful team within a fast-paced environment
- A confident, dynamic, driven and energetic individual who has a natural flair for sales and negotiation
- Excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
