**We are looking for an individual to join a very successfully growing company**

You will be answering incoming calls, and making outgoing calls to warm leads from customers. Customers which have asked for a call or will be calling in for information Your role will be qualify customers and pass through to a provider.

**Salary**

**Salary**: £22,000
Increasing by £500 every 6 months until you reach £24,000

**Attendance Bonus**: £100 per month

**Sales Bonus**:
Average is £500 per month - Top Earners £2000 per month
- Target is 5 leads per day - paid at £5 per lead (£500 per month)
- If hit 10 leads - paid at £10 per lead (£2000 per month)
- Top performers are doing 10/12 leads per day

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday
- Monday to Thursday - 9.30am to 6pm
- Friday - 9.30am to 3.30pm
- If daily target of 5 leads is reached, you can leave at 4pm

**Role**:

- Building rapport with the customers
- Selling the benefits of life insurance
- Once the customer is interested transferring them through to the correct team
- Working towards targets - target it 5 leads per day

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
