A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate **Back of House Coordinator **to join the **Staff Restaurant **team at The Berkeley.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
As a **Back of House Coordinator,** you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our back-of-house activities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills. You will collaborate with various departments to optimise workflow, manage inventory, and maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and organisation in our operational spaces.

Main responsibilities of the** Back of House Coordinator **include, but are not limited to:

- Support the Assistant Back of House Manager to conduct regular stock takes of areas and report back to the Back of House Manager or the Assistant Back of House Manager of any discrepancies and what follow up actions are required by the
- Implement and maintain efficient systems for order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Support the management of the waste and recycling for the property to ensure costs are kept to a minimum and in line with business and council demands.
- Implement departmental controls regarding that contracted time limits with the BOH agency Emprise, are adhered to. These controls will be communicated to you by the Back of House Manager.
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of all inventory items.
- To support the management of the day to day running of the back of house department and support all other hotel departments.
- To ensure that newly trained agency staff or departmental staffs adhere to working standards and protocols in their areas at all times.
