Data Entry Clerk

The Best Connection are proud to be recruiting a Full Time Administrator to join a National Transport Company supporting their operation at the workshop in Thornaby.
The Role
- Scanning and uploading documents associated with vehicle MOT’s/Services/Repair
- Data Entry onto transport systems
- Ensuring excel spreadsheets are kept up to date
- Working in a very busy and reactive office
- Use of Zero, Convey and Manpack Transport systems (experience would be advantageous)
The Person
- Will possess an administration background and be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ideally have worked in a transport environment
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Be extremely organised and capable of forward planning
- Good attention to detail is extremely important to the role
Hours and Pay
- Hours of work will be 08.00-16.00 Monday to Friday
- £11.50-£12.50 (depending on experience)
- The position will become permanent after a qualifying period
