As a
**Personal Shopper** at
**Bicester Village**
***you are the face of this service and an integral part of the Retail and Private Client Services team. You’ll build up strong relationships with our guests in order to provide the most personal luxury shopping experience possible.

**As a Personal Shopper your responsibilities will include**:

- Talking directly with our Guests face to face/virtually & building your own client book
- Providing the highest level of luxury customer service at all times
- Analysing guest profiles & implementing a strategy to develop sales and retention
- Identifying sales opportunities and maximising sales conversion, while working towards an individual & group revenue target
- Building relationships with the internal retail team and our external brand partners to develop a complete understanding of services and products available to our guests

- Previous experience as a Personal Shopper or Stylist within a luxury retail environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets
- Extensive product knowledge & brand awareness in the Luxury goods, fashion, lifestyle market
- Social media savvy & confident learning new platforms and tools
