**Salary: £10.75 per hour**
- Starting rate - £10.75 per hour
- Freezer premium for all hours worked - plus £0.80 per hour
- Overtime paid at basic x 1.25 (Available when working over 40 hours a week)

**About the role**

As one of our dedicated Personal Shoppers, you will work as part of our amazing team to pick and pack groceries for customers, and replenish the stock, in a busy and fast paced business that can offer you great benefits and plenty of opportunities to progressyour career. This isn’t like any other warehouse job, you’ll be working for one of the fastest growing online businesses in the UK.

There is no need to have any previous experience as you will receive full training, but you will need to have a good level of fitness, be able to work in multiple temperatures, from chilled to ambient (minimum 2oC), have a good eye for detail and be ableto work independently but also be a good team player.

There are 2 part time shifts available;
4 x evening shifts, Friday to Monday, 19:00-23:00 (16 hours per week)

5 x evening shifts, Thursday to Monday, 19:00-23:00 (20 hours per week)

**Getting to work**

Situated just off the A41 at Symmetry Park, Ambrosden, Bicester OX26 6GF, We have an onsite car park. We also have 2 bike sheds where you can lock your bike up on our secure grounds. Public transport is available for most nights shifts but only some dayshifts due to the early starts.

Don’t have a car? We are setting up a Lift Share scheme where we can look to match your shifts with someone who lives in your area so that you can travel together. You can also choose a brand new bike and accessories (up to £1k) while saving on tax and NI,with our cycle to work scheme (repayable over a 12 month period), so not only can you save on car costs but increase your fitness levels too

**Our site at Bicester**

From our facility we will send out up to 36,000 orders per week to Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas, including the Beautiful Cotswolds. Whether it's receiving products from suppliers, picking customers shopping, loading or driving our vans that interestyou, we have a role for you. As we are a brand new site you can really make a difference, working in our high tech warehouse. We are very excited about our journey in Bicester and would like for you to join our team
