**Overall Job Purpose**
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the generation of digital material and IKM in Aberdeen’s online presence to promote brand awareness and drive growth in sales. They will take the lead in all marketing campaigns, through LinkedIn and other digital platforms. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will create graphical and advertisement content as well as providing internal support to IKM’s various other departments.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver the business marketing strategy.
- Develop online marketing campaigns across all digital channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn. All campaigns should be in-line with IKM branding guidelines.
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales data.
- Responsible for arranging regular marketing ideas meetings with the sales team and creative team to develop and push content.
- Manage internal photoshoots/ photo-editing.
- Proactively seek out new content to promote.
- Support with internal marketing campaigns through the Intel App.
- Manage internal and external communications (i.e. newsletters, articles).
- Responsible for the improvement of sales materials.
- Work with the Marketing Manager in Norway to ensure the IKM Testing UK website is updated with news on all technologies and products, and to monitor/manage SEO.
- Provide support as needed for IKM’s various other departments. Tasks may include:
- Generation of internal and external sales material.
- Development of presentation material using Microsoft power point.
- General graphic media support.
- Work with 3D technical animation team to improve 2D graphics and annotations in our 3D animations.
- Work with the Marketing Team in Norway to update the IKM Testing UK website news on all technologies, services and products.
- Use Google Analytics monitor website analytics, create reports and improve website engagement.
- Assist with internal and external communications (newsletters, articles).
- Assist additional IKM companies with their marketing material when required.
**Design Support**
- Lead the internal Creative Team to discuss, design and develop design projects.
- Manage the delivery of company marketing materials such as brochures, merchandise, posters, presentations, and event material.
- Create graphics and visuals to support colleague projects.
- Manage company photoshoots and photoshop images.
**Qualifications Required (Technical, Professional, Academic)**
**Preferred**
- University degree in a relevant discipline.
**Experience Required**
**Essential**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a marketing team.
- Marketing research.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Software Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
- Excellent organisation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong Social Media skills (LinkedIn).
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
- High level of creativity.
- Skilled in Photography.
- Excellent computer skills (Windows / Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
**Preferred**
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro.
- Motion graphics for advertising
- Website design and development skills.
- Previous experience building websites.
- Good knowledge of using web content management systems. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a marketing team.
- Proficient with LinkedIn and Google Analytics tools.
- Experience managing and running company social platforms.
- Capable of creating and presenting marketing reports.
- Skilled in Adobe Suite Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects).
- Knowledge in preparing digital material for prints and merchandise.
- Skilled in Photography and photo editing.
**Preferred Skills**
- Adept with Microsoft Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of AI Software (ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, Gemini).
- Understanding of both website and app design and development.
